The store is well known. Everything you need for your body, skin, and hair is made with natural ingredients and products that you won't find anywhere else. It has many competitors, but The Body Shop wins. On my visit to this branch, the employee Hind, may God bless her, was very welcoming, polite, and had a sophisticated style. She is knowledgeable and aware of the products and advises you on what is suitable and how to use it. She is very skilled at her job. I highly recommend her.

I visited the branch during my last visit to Riyadh. The branch is beautiful and tidy. Special thanks to the employee Hind, who explained many of the products. I advise everyone to visit this branch.

The shop is available in most malls, but the Granada Mall branch experience is worth repeating for one reason only, which is the professionalism, skill and ethics of the employee Hind. The reason is the small employee, I didn't see her name nor do I know it. I don't know what her name is, but not the big one. (((Her style is stupid, her voice is very loud, she explains as if everything is clear, she repels customers and doesn't bring in customers at all.
