The reason is the small employee, I didn't see her name nor do I know it. I don't know what her name is, but not the big one. (((Her style is stupid, her voice is very loud, she explains as if everything is clear, she repels customers and doesn't bring in customers at all. I don't know what she would lose if she spoke calmly and described in a better way. (I hope you find a solution for her ((( at the Body Shop
