I bought a niqab and she took it out of the drawer. It needs ironing. The backing is still slanted. I keep telling her that it needs washing and will come off. I washed it and she still refuses to exchange it for me. Well, this defect existed before I bought it. I returned it to her the next day and she refused to return it. In addition, she didn’t give me a receipt.
