Amal was very nice and friendly, great in customer service. And Ibtesam helped me out pick the correct size and cut. Overall would definitely recommend buying from this branch.

The lady was rude in handling guests, and we did not like the way she approached us. It’s not our fault if the branch didn’t have any change, and she shouldn’t have told us to “bring your own change next time” when we are simply buying something.
First of all, she wasn’t there when we made the payment—another person, a man, was assisting us. We didn’t know where she was. While we were paying, we didn’t have the exact amount in cash and we didn’t have a card either. We waited for a long time, and then a lady came and told us to wait while she got the change. When she came back and handed us the change, she said, “Next time, bring your own change.”
Please treat us with respect—we are your customers. Just because we are ASEAN or expats doesn’t mean we should be treated that way.

The wife was at the branch in Granda Mall. Was next in line two people behind us at the back of the line was another woman. One of the clerks working in the store cut us off and bought this lady to the front of the line in front of us. I asked the wife to put her perfumes she was buying down and we left. I will not tolerate this elitism behavior that has went on way too long when waiting in lines here in KSA.

There was a bag without a bar code and the lady at the counter Razan, with a piercing on her lip, was very rude and rasist who insisted me to get another bag with a bar code, despite it being her duty as the store assistant.
Also she was not polite at all and this clearly shows how rasist the counter staff are towards Asian since I could clearly see a wide smile while serving Locals.
Appreciatie if the management could give the staff a training on treating people equally and great with a smile. People don't come to pay a bill of SAR 2k+ and also to get the attitude of the staff.

Me and my friends just dropped by in this store but when Alhanouf their sales ambassador informed us about their promotions we bought products of Victoria's Secret. She's good in customer service very approachable. She's an Asset to your company.

The morning manager is rude and unprofessional. Raising up her voice for a minor situation in which I’m asking her for another size of the same item I bought. She doesn’t fit the profile for a manager in Victoria Secret.

my experience yesterday in this branch was great and when i previewed the comments here on google maps i was shocked i have anticipated the worst but i was so happy with my experience this branch was the best better than any other branches in riyadh park and other were as i am a frequent customer i was served graciously and professionally and left very happy
