With all my love and respect to Victoria Secret brand. The customer service in this branch is terrible. I faced extremely rude behavior from their staff. First, the manager took out from my hands a lip gloss tester in a very rude manner to check if it was a tester when she saw that it was a tester and I did nothing wrong she didn’t say sorry or something like that she just patted me on my shoulder like I’m some one who is working for her and said “ok”. Then only one check out was working out of 8, I asked them why that is. The same lady started screaming at me saying that it’s the way it is and I can leave if I don’t like it. When I asked for the manager of that branch she told me that she is the one. I asked for her manager contact details or customer service, she told me that she will not give it to me, she is the highest manager and I can do nothing about it that. I have never seen anything like that anywhere. It would be great if Riyadh Victoria secret team train their in shop team and fix at least one more check out if it is actually broken.

I was going go buy lingerie , when i was going to pay there Are only 2 cashier open. 1 was busy and 1 i thought was not. I went there but the woman behind the cashier told me to wait coz shes waiting for the costumer to (finish whatever heck shes still doing) pay. Its okay with me but i wait more than 10 minutes and she still refuse to entertain me with the same reason she still wait for the other costumer to finish. Okay, i am ready to pay, and the other costumer obviously was still roaming around to add more to her shopping bag. Whats this kind of service? I am very disappointed. Obviously your staff needs more training on costumer serivice and multitasking. Never going back to this branch.
