I used to be one of the people who loved their store and always bought from them, but my last experience was the worst shopping experience of my life. I bought the "Musk Al Khatam" spray with a 2 for 300 offer, and unfortunately, one of the sprays didn't work at all! I contacted them and they told me to bring the product and the receipt, which I threw away in frustration. Honestly, I was shocked by their attitude and lack of concern. As much as I loved the store, especially the musk, I hated it and I won't think of going back to them ever again.
