She is fluent in explaining, and most importantly, she gave me her number privately so that I can communicate with her in the future. It doesn't make sense at 9:26 pm and the branch in Granada Mall is still not open!!! I mean, all the stores opened before 9!!!! I wasted my time waiting because I don't have anything in the market. I have a specific item from Baby Fatihi and I'm going out of the mall!!!!

If there was less than one star, I would have given it. Honestly, my experience was very, very bad. I bought two bracelets and an earring from them, and they were all of poor quality. The colors disappear after less than a month, and the pearls turn black. They have no warranty and do not inform you that the colors fade quickly and the locks break. If you come to fix them, they charge you 120 riyals and on top of that, they take your old lock. Can you imagine that?? And if you tell them about our lock, they say pay 60 riyals and they will give you the old one?? The height of fraud and deception. Even the treatment and manner of the factory employee is disrespectful. They refused to give me my bracelet that I asked to be fixed at the factory with its lock, and I told them to remove it and return the old lock, and I did not pay a single riyal. For your information, I filed a report against them at the Ministry of Commerce and God willing, I will take my rights from them. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all. It is forbidden to pay an amount of money and in the end, the quality is poor and the treatment is even worse. This is a picture of the second bracelet after using it for about a month.

This is my first time visiting a store specializing in gold and diamonds for children. Ms. Wasayef was very accommodating, giving me an insight into the store's history and showing me a wide range of collections. She was, to be honest, patient with my many questions.
