I purchased an item from your store on November 29th at 8:30 PM. I returned to exchange it for a new size on December 6th at approximately 7:15 PM. The employee told me I couldn't return or exchange the item because it had been 7 days since the purchase date. I told her I bought it in the evening, so why do you calculate the purchase date from the beginning? I bought it from you at night. She said the system wouldn't accept it. If I were to return an item I bought and charged a network fee, you told me to wait 24 hours, then we'd process the refund. You charge a network fee, meaning you charge me by the minute. When I wanted to charge you by the minute to exchange an item I bought, you said we wouldn't charge you by the day. You make up any excuse you like. Unfortunately, I've had more than one bad experience with your branches. I've never bought anything from you ✋
