Unfortunately, I love the store and always buy from it. But the employees at this branch are not well-mannered and uncooperative. I went to return an item I bought and they refused to return it to me until I returned it to the same branch I bought it from.
The worst Femi Nine branch I've ever been to out of all the branches in the Kingdom. All the employees, without exception, need someone to teach them how to do their jobs properly. The showroom manager is unfortunately bad and lies to me, especially yesterday!! This is a new system. You don't have a clear policy. You don't have the mood to work or open.
