Ahhhh I would like to thank the employee (Alaa), I swear to God and without exaggeration she is the kindest employee I have encountered in my life. Despite the crowds of customers and the pressure she is under, she gives each customer his due and helps you with the smallest details. She is very kind and put up with me despite my many questions and my difficult taste in things. Thank you very much Alaa. I wish all the employees were like you. The store deserves a million stars for her.
I came yesterday at ten o’clock in the evening and a helpful employee served me and helped me very much in choosing the appropriate degree for me. May God make her happy. Unfortunately, I do not know her name.
Today I went to the Granada branch and I was suffering for more than 600 kilos. I wanted the green mascara, but the employee refused to sell it to me. “I know she is afraid of the bill rate decreasing.” She forced me to buy a deal with Rogaine mascara!!! It has never happened by force. I want a piece. I don’t need lipsticks. I just bought lipsticks from another brand. Even though my sisters were going to buy them, I forced them to leave. I don’t think any company wants to lose a customer. But God will not forgive the two employees who were there in the afternoon. They were suffering from the ends of the earth because of the mascara. The last thing they said was, “Don’t buy it for yourself.” The brown one, “Take it for yourself.” I know the move and I have worked with makeup. We know this marketing method. No one is ignorant.
Granada branch, be careful after you pay, Chicco will give you the bill and what's in the bag I bought and the employee understood, may God guide her, we had to go back two train stations because she forgot to put the coins in the bag for me. She put one and then one, and when she came back, she immediately took the bag from me. I knew she forgot, but she didn't call to inform me. Most stores take the mobile number as a precaution, even if there are no points or anything, but they never took it, and yet the mobile number is linked to the card I paid with. She could have called the number, but she decided to wait for me to come back! It remains on her conscience that it doesn't matter to her, as long as she doesn't tire herself out. I went to crocs today at 13:30, the customer service representative was not polite or welcoming and made me feel like I was a burden to serve. Hope store management see this review.
This was the first time visiting crocs in Granada mall with a lots of excitement but returned back completely angry and anxious due to the behaviour of the worker who was badly impolite to my family who asked him for other charm collections that was displayed to selected customers but denied on our proposal with a smirk on his face. He was an Indian staff assigned to align shoes properly who lost his temper when I questioned his behaviour to my family! I have no clue about these people who think themselves to be higher than others just due to their accent or so .Will never visit this branch again ! . People assigned to work as staffs in any store must be thought to behave in a respectable manner with the customers and not smirk around like a coward when asked something!
It was a great experience shopping here…. Miss Reem supported me very well to select the best Crocs… she has a great communication skills which meets the customer satisfaction… in sha allah i will visit again…
