I walked in and there was already a crying child in the chair. I didnt judge. Some children cry but when it was our turn....the barber was too rough with my child's hair, he got frustrated when the child cried, then seemed to derive some strange pleasure. He laughed a bit. Yanked at the hair as though the child couldnt feel it. It really had to control myself during the whole thing. Go elsewhere.

Peace be upon you. Yesterday, I had my son's haircut by Mr. Sayed Abu Iyad. Should I talk about the style or the haircut? Masha'Allah, he looks great, and his treatment is very kind and quick. Masha'Allah, and his haircuts are amazing. May God make him and everyone happy and successful. I've found their style to be more than wonderful with children, and they deserve the highest rating.

Barber did a wonderful job on my son’s cut! Exactly what I asked for. The shop was clean and not crowded. Even though the cut was perfect the barber worked quickly so I was impressed. The shop is located upstairs in the back corner of the arcade.

Calliope is my favorite local and to be honest today I was confronted by the girl at the cashier. Her manner was very bad and I was not satisfied with the treatment as a shopper. I came to exchange an item and came back and told her no, I will return it. She started talking to me in a bad manner and said, “Don’t you see me paying her?” She meant the other customer. I said, “How?” She said, “Don’t you see that I have a customer?” I told her, “I thought you didn’t listen to me when I said I would exchange it and you came back to do a return.” To be honest, this is the last time I will come to them.
