They blame me for loving Swarovski 😩🥺💕♥️ If I put all the hearts in the world it wouldn't be enough. What is this cuteness and pampering? They surprised me with a birthday gift. This brand deserves those who care about customers, really. They buy loyalty from us 🤣🤣 I literally love them a lot. I always buy from them and I have no problem paying thousands. The worst and most disgraceful cashier you could possibly face in public on earth. A dark-skinned, veiled woman, on duty today, March 26, 2025, from 9 pm. She shows no manners or understanding, and she scolds customers! If she isn't up to the job of facing people, she's not obligated to do so.
But the blame lies with whoever keeps her in this place, and for all this criticism we're seeing.
The showroom manager was sitting training employees at the expense of my time, and yet I understood that they were supposed to be trained internally and not in front of the customers.. She had no money to spend and asked me (the customer) to go and give her the amount that she would get back. She refused and told me to take your money, I don’t want anything from you. + Thank God that I will cooperate with you. If someone else had told me to go to another branch, and I hate this type of customers!!! + I talk to her to reach an understanding with her, and she insults me with all her audacity and disrespect, and talks about what is behind her opinion. Unfortunately, it is clear that they have no supervision at all, and it is impossible to buy from this branch again.
I liked the pants I got at this price. I went to the cashier and she said by mistake that the original price was 179. Look at the rest of the pieces at the correct price. I left them and went out.
