We visited on 21/04/2025 at 10:15pm. The guy in the store doesn't know what's in his store. He doesn't speak in English but watching Instagram reals in English on his phone. NIL client service experience it seems. It's a shame that Bershka employed such people.

Imam Pasha, the employee in that branch, is one of the best Giordano employees that I have ever seen in my life. I am a regular customer of Giordano, and I have never seen anyone better than him who performs his work with complete sincerity. He is very loyal.
