Despite that i have arrived to the shop at 23:20 and the closure time was 23:00 Ms Sarah received me in a very pleasant and comfortable manner , plus she have assisted me courteously to offer me the best options she had. I have purchased a timberlands shoos and will return for sure to this branch!

Why all the fuss and poor service? You don't feel like working. Close the shop and go home. Prices are so high and you're gathering your brothers in the shop. What's this? Why are all your branches like this?

The Granada branch is very bad with the service. I took three clothes from them and said, “Come and collect them tomorrow. I came tomorrow.” The employee, Abdulaziz, stabbed me in the Granada branch for more than 40 minutes. After that, he said, “I will not come, by God.” He said, “Come at 5 o’clock in the morning, if you are in a hurry for it, and the world is Ramadan, fasting, and working hours.” I said, “No, of course, I have work. I will come to you tomorrow. I hate complaining to God, and the day I came to him, I will not find her there.” He said: I will bring it to you from the tailor outside the mall!!!!!! It took me more than an hour to receive it, a waste of time, and he did not even bother to apologize when he brought it to me for the stabs he stabbed me with for the first time and the last time he took something from them.
