My worst experience was with Al Barakat Optical. I went to the Granada Mall branch because my glasses had a manufacturing defect (the screw came loose for no apparent reason). I was surprised when the employee coldly told me, "Go to the branch where you bought them!" without any attempt at assistance or even understanding. I went from Cordoba to Alhambra and then Granada, and I was completely out of luck. Customer service should be respectful and considerate of the customer's circumstances, not with this cold, dismissal-by-the-book approach. I hope the management will review the treatment of its employees, because what happened is completely unacceptable.

In the morning, the employee was very polite, even though I didn’t get any glasses from her, but God willing, I will visit them because of her kindness. I thank her for it. May God bless her.

Arrived at 20:16. Shop was supposed to be open till 23:00. One guy sat there and gestured it was closed. Obviously Barakat don’t want the business. Third place we visited and the same situation.

We visited on Sunday night. We spoke to an excellent assistant who was polite and explained our options very well although we took a long time decided what we wanted.
