I was in store today during afternoon there was only one female sales employee at the store, she was rude and unprofessional I was trying out the tester perfumes and she looked at me and said you can just smell the scent on the ceramics meaning no need to spray it on you I was baffled like ?!? How can Jo Malone hire someone with such unpleasant poor customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Jomalon, and I must say, my experience with Shouq was exceptional. she was so nice and helpful. She was very patient. Shouq patience and willingness to answer all my questions made the shopping experience enjoyable.I highly recommend Jomalon and their fantastic seller, Shouq for anyone looking for a top-notch shopping. Definitely will go back :).

I have been going to the Jo Malone Granada Mall branch since a year now, and Shouq has been always helping me out. She is welcoming, pleasant and super nice to deal with. The products they have are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend the candles and ofcourse hope you get a chance for Shouq to assist you.

We were warmly greeted by the staff and looked after by Hela, who offered her expertise in the scents. I have to say the level of service excellence she displayed was beyond most of what one has come to expect these days. Her service alone is enough to bring me back to the store within a few weeks to purchase some gifts.

From the moment we entered the store something was wrong and we felt extremely unwelcomed by the female employee , she was rude and unprofessional. There was no need for the eye rolling and head shaking every time we tried to smell a scent and wait for our turn which she skipped. Apparently she picks and chooses to serve her customers based on her personal criteria. Will never come back again to this branch.

I had one of an amazing experience at the store today, Staff Lady (Shouq) was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me select the perfect scent for my taste and was very pateint with me. She is the best!! Sometimes excellent customer service draws more attention to come back for a purchase.
