The store is beautiful and if they offer discounts, it's great for my boys and girls. Their materials and quality are practical. I dealt with the sister in this Granada branch. The girl is very helpful and understanding. She didn't hold back with me. She searched with me for a piece and I found it in the window. May God grant her success. She deserves all the best.

I am writing about my experience. I visited the Balabala showroom in Granada Mall. It is the best showroom, tidy and clean. With all honesty and integrity, the pinnacle of taste and sincerity in work. The employee’s name is Fahda. She is interested and serves the customers. Her style is honey. She teaches you where the offers are. The pieces’ fabrics are nice and she took what I wanted for my sons and daughters. Many thanks to the employee Fahda for her cooperation and sweet spirit with the customers. She deserves all the best. May God grant her success. Of course, I asked her permission to take pictures of the pieces. I liked them. They also have swimwear. 🏊‍♂️😍 Their prices are reasonable.

The location is excellent. I visited two branches (Othaim Mall 15 and Granada). The quality is truly excellent and the fabrics are excellent. The price remains high and needs to be reviewed. The employees are 5/5 in both branches.

Customer service is very bad. They don’t even answer the branch number. Customer service has become (silencing customers). It’s not reasonable that I’ve been calling for two days and they tell me it’s busy??

Today I went as soon as they opened at 10:40. The store was empty. Where was the employee? Sitting inside on her phone with earphones on and leaning. Then I asked her where the rings were and she gestured with her hand while standing still like a lady. I concluded by saying we don't have boxes or bags and if you buy something we will put the ring in a plastic bag :) Of course I didn't buy anything and it would be better if they close the branch

I came to the mall for the shop and I waited for an hour and they didn't open!! The delay is not normal, knowing that all the shops are open and it's 8:30 pm after the evening prayer
