The employees are extremely rude. They don't want to work at all. How can a big brand hire employees who are not qualified to deal with anyone and have no taste or manners?

Today I went as soon as they opened at 10:40. The store was empty. Where was the employee? Sitting inside on her phone with earphones on and leaning. Then I asked her where the rings were and she gestured with her hand while standing still like a lady. I concluded by saying we don't have boxes or bags and if you buy something we will put the ring in a plastic bag :) Of course I didn't buy anything and it would be better if they close the branch

I came to the mall for the shop and I waited for an hour and they didn't open!! The delay is not normal, knowing that all the shops are open and it's 8:30 pm after the evening prayer

The store is diverse and has various bracelets as well as various pendants. I bought a bracelet and a pendant from them for myself and there was a discount. The employee, Azhar, was very helpful and understood her work well. She explained to me the guarantees and free maintenance (polishing) for life. Thank you for explaining it to the customer.
