I dealt with a very impolite/racist sales person at adidas granada mall, given that I was an expat. Some stores when you purchase a gift share a “gift receipt” and not the receipt itself that has the price. My husband and I were trying to understand if this is something Adidas had, the sales person was extremely aggressive and mocking our request. I got so nervous and upset and explained to him this isn’t the kind of customer service we’re happy with. He looks at my husband and says “ make sure you speak to employees not her”. Lucky we didn’t call the police on him as this is a violation for Expats living in Saudi Arabia. His name was Sami el Ali, very impolite.

I just went in to fix my iPad and everything was smooth and efficient especially their service technician, Adel. And I’m not writing this because he told me to write this he didn’t say anything he is just that good
