iPhone repair services provided by Aleph is an absolute nightmare. From the moment you enter their establishment, you are faced with an atmosphere of contempt and hate towards customers. It seems that the employees, if they can be called that, have made a huge mistake in thinking that rudeness is a manifestation of professionalism.
They have no tact or common good manners, when I reported this to them, instead of offering an apology, they decided to hold me responsible for their own inability.
Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Aleph. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt
I went there to buy an iphone 15 pro, and the representative there her name was shaima was so kind and nice and she answered all my questions about everything regarding the iphone and its accessories and there apple care warranty. Definitely going back if i needed any other apple products
I had a phone fixed today and I experienced the best service. The staff were approachable and they will tell you exactly what you will do with your queries. Kudos to Mr. Adel one of the tech is very informative. If you want to buy and be with excellent service better go to this store. Legit gadgets and excellent service.

Worst experience I had at Aleph. The employees did not care about the costumer, and they stood behind the counter chatting without paying attention to the customers and ignoring us, when asked about if they are going to serve us they said they didn’t see us while we were standing in front of them.
I stood waiting for a while before asking for help. The lady I asked motioned to her headphones that she was on a phone call. So I looked to the man at the counter who was standing doing nothing. I asked for help and he said, “one minute” and then made a phone call and walked out of the store. There were more people waiting as well. In the end, I walked out because I couldn’t bother waiting anymore.
