Not professional at all and bad quality. I brought 65-inch tv from Sony that cost me more than 3000 SAR, and it has a white backlight issue. And they return it, stating it’s normal.

I bought a 65-inch TV and they were supposed to come to install it the next day at 5.30 PM. Nobody showed up or called me to reschedule. This left a bad impression and doubts about your capabilities to provide a professional service that aligns with the brand name that you work for.

I had a bad experience with my reservation for PS5. When I came to ask about it, they told me at the end of the month. So, I booked one. The gentleman asked for personal information, I gave my name, email, phone number, and WhatsApp number as well, hopefully to be contacted. 15 days no news no nothing. Today (after 21 days) I passed to ask about, and here I got the bad experience. The same gentleman that I spoke with, told me while smiling: we sold all and brought again and sold all again 🤷🏻♂️
