Worst of the worst! No one is interested taking orders, and once done ( after waiting too long), no one is serving these orders!! I had to follow up many times to have a cup of coffee.

Good collection and professional team , went to two different branches same team behavior, maybe understaffed put didn’t affect my experience, cash back rewards is not as I expected ( for more than 1000 riyal cash back was 10 riyals!)

One of the best M&S in Riyadh. The best thing about this place is the service. All of the staff are very helpful and considerate, especially Abdulellah who was especially helpful throughout the whole process.

A shop that needs a change in management. Tried to get 5 pieces in the fitting room, they didnt allow me. They said the policy was for a trial of 2 only as if I was gonna steal them. The entire staff and management needs to be fired.

Dear MNS I will not recommend this store. Honest rate -1 We got up early to enjoy breakfast at MNS only to be told by the cashier that the staff don't come early to serve breakfast so there is no breakfast MNS, please take off breakfast from your menu or replace your staff

The worst cafe I have ever been to. Atmosphere was nice but portion sizes were too small and spices were non-existent. Very poor service with members of staff which were not compliant at all.

I made the right choice to have my Spanish latte. M&S Dining serves only fresh ingredients for their coffee, smoothies and we also pick the granola bars from their bakeshop. Thanks to Rogelio for doing my best tasting Spanish latte. More power

Weather demand! Latte and Milk Cookie from Marks and Spencer! While their Latte was good yet their Milk Cookie was heavenly! 😍 Loved it! ❤️

They refused to serve coffee in a ceramic cup under the pretext that the washing machine was broken, even though the cups were clean and lined up on top of the machine, so I left and went to another café that serves ceramic cups.

We ordered orange juice for kids. The lady on counter does not want to even take the order.after 15 mints still no news of our juice order. The same lady walking inside the counter with one hand inside the glass.terrible.
