That was the worst service in McDonalds worldwide I have ever experienced. There was a terrible mess in preparing the order. I had to ask them three times for each part of the order.

My favorite sandwich is the Big tasty .. and for my wife it is the Grand Chicken .. and we always order these 2 meals from any McDonald's ... today both of us had the worst ever Big tasty and Grand chicken. Cold sandwiches ... dry bread ... the extra sauce was not added .. toooo much onion in the Big tasty .. cold meat ... Both were surprised .. I wish I was able to return back the meals but since we started to the sandwich in the car after I start moving out of the parking and the return would take much time, I didn't return them back. I don't know the reason but I hope it is not you took your customer satisfaction for granted.

There were many mistakes when taking the order, I asked for the happy meal (chicken pieces) with a chicken burger sandwich, but I was surprised that the employee recorded in the bill 2 happy meals and recorded in the bill the BBQ sauce, but when I received the order, I did not find the sauce.

I went to the opened branch in Granada center. The cashier told me that they did not open yet although it 9:25 AM and in google maps it is with the open status !!!!!

We visited this branch today. Unfortunately, they gave us wrong order and when we returned it, it seems like it is our fault that we received wrong. Then, when we were on our table, there's no straw and even the extra sauce we ordered was wrong. A simple sorry it is hard for the staff to give. 😔😔 He is supervisor I think. Tall black guy. Will not come back again to this branch.

Ordered chicken nuggets meal with Coke Zero med fries at 10 :30 was not busy at all maybe three orders counting mine. Employees played with phones, chit chatted messed around. Order took 30 minutes to fill. Never eat at this McDonald’s again.
