Ordered only a fries and a drink. Came pretty fast since it’s early. I saw the guy pour regular cola while I ordered cola zero. He kept insisting it was cola zero. I drank a bit and it was not cola zero. Very bad

This is not good. Serving not fresh product is not good. They just reheat the chicken to make it hot. Supervisor also, touching the mouth then serving the foods without gloves. .

Worst MCDO branch. Service very slow while all the staff joking around inside the counter. You need to check your order first if its complete or not before leaving because they will give it to you incomplete. I ordered upgraded meal which has large fries and added some nuggets but upon checking, they gave me medium fries and without the nuggets. You have to double check everything they are packing in the paper bag. Patty was overcooked and there are also missing ingredients in my mcroyale. Didnt bother to tell them because for sure they will only ignore you.

A lot of the games are damaged, non functional, which is fine but the price per game is higher than most arcade areas In the city. A lot of the machines don’t even dispense tickets anymore. When the staff were approached regarding the issues they were very rude. There are many other arcade areas in Riyadh that are better. Will definitely not return to Fun Oasis.

Nice indoor playground unfortunately the tickets always did not work and there is limited toys can exchange/I recommend to visit during weekdays because it is very crowded in weekends.

Located in Granada Mall beside the food court, Fun Oasis has many rides, and some are quite nice. It’s a convenient stop for families during shopping. However, the place feels a bit old and could benefit from renovation and adding more vibrant themes to make the atmosphere livelier.

Lots of activities available for kids. A must try entertainment area at Riyadh. Area is very noisy due to the indoor roller coaster. 🎢

Wonderful place, there are many games suitable for all with normal prices, really my kid enjoyed there, but i will give only 4/5 because there are no supervisors or operators for some games this will make customers waiting too much, but in overall i will visit this place again and again.
