Terrible service. Had to leave the table and chase down a waiter just to order, after being ignored multiple times. On top of that, they served our coffee in a damaged plastic container. Won’t be coming back.

I had such a lovely experience at the café! The desserts were absolutely delicious — fresh, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Special thanks to Mohammed Reda, who made the visit even better. His service was outstanding — super polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He explained the menu kindly and helped us choose the perfect dessert. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this café recently, and unfortunately, the service was quite poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested and were ignoring customers, including me. I waited a long time to even place my order, and when I tried to get someone’s attention, they were either too busy chatting amongst themselves or just didn’t acknowledge me at all. It felt like customer service wasn’t a priority here. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the experience was frustrating. Definitely not what you expect when you walk into a café hoping to relax and enjoy a coffee or a meal. I hope the management looks into this and works on improving the attitude and attentiveness of the staff.

Shoutout to Mr. Leonard for the amazing service at Molten Granada Mall! Super friendly, quick, and made us feel really welcome. He genuinely deserves the praise. Meanwhile, the other staff were lowkey forcing us to leave comments about them 😂 But honestly, Leonard stood out on his own without asking—no need to ask for compliments when you’re naturally that good!
