I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this café recently, and unfortunately, the service was quite poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested and were ignoring customers, including me. I waited a long time to even place my order, and when I tried to get someone’s attention, they were either too busy chatting amongst themselves or just didn’t acknowledge me at all.
It felt like customer service wasn’t a priority here. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the experience was frustrating. Definitely not what you expect when you walk into a café hoping to relax and enjoy a coffee or a meal.
I hope the management looks into this and works on improving the attitude and attentiveness of the staff.

Terrible service. Had to leave the table and chase down a waiter just to order, after being ignored multiple times. On top of that, they served our coffee in a damaged plastic container. Won’t be coming back.
