Very bad in dealing, especially the Indian worker responsible for adjusting the gold pieces. He lacks professionalism and respect, as if he was forced to work. They do not even deserve a star.

I had a problem with not getting a refund of 999 riyals and the employees were not cooperative. A complaint was filed with the Ministry of Commerce. Poor treatment and illogical policy. I hope the issue is resolved.

Today, Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:20 AM, the store was open, and the employee was present. She refused to return the item because she had closed the system! Discounted items have one day to be returned, and the employee is refusing to return them because she had closed the system! I wish there would be a little more professionalism in dealing with customers and adhering to business hours. The Granada branch wins for worst branch... a huge difference compared to the other branches 👎🏼👎🏼 *The most polite and kindest employees I have met (Ebhar and Ruqayya) at the Riyadh Gallery and Hayat Mall branches.

Their goods are nice, although they are expensive during sales. They are worth it. I bought several pieces from them during sales from the Hamra Mall branch, and the bag was small in size, so I asked for a larger bag and it was available, but the saleswoman refused on the grounds that it was not one of the bags designated for discounted goods. Strange behavior from Saudi Arabia and in Saudi Arabia, especially from a store with high prices.
