I visited them and was helped by a very respectable employee with high morals and elegant treatment. Her name is Ghaida. I chose some lipsticks from them and she gave me the samples I requested, and it was one of my best experiences at NYX because of her. Also, her colleague was very nice and flexible. I am talking about morning shift employees today, January 22, 2024.

I came to the store at 3:30 pm on Tuesday 4/30. There was a rude employee in every sense of the word. I took an eyebrow pencil and I wanted to cover up. I called out, "I need someone to help me." No one answered. I went to open the drawer below to take the pencil. An employee came, pulling her hair and wearing a mask. She ran from a distance and shouted, "You are not allowed to open the drawer." She closed the drawer forcefully with her foot. She took a pencil and gave it to me. She was angry. Why this behavior and lack of manners? I don't know. I hope you take appropriate action with her.
