They don't adhere to store opening hours. Despite the large number of employees, they don't help customers at all. The cashier needs to improve her manner a bit. I ask her if there's a change and she says, "Yes, there's a change. We don't rob anyone."

This is my first time visiting the store, and honestly, they have a beautiful selection of evening dresses. Of course, there are nice and unsightly fabrics, and the prices are very reasonable. The employee was kind and helpful.

The store offers a variety of excellent dresses. But today's incident caused their rating to be given a one-star rating. We bought a discounted dress for 224 riyals. It was the last piece. The dress had defects, and I returned to the store to ask them to exchange it from their branches. They told me it was only available in Riyadh and that there were no other replacements. The employee said the defect was minor and that I should take it to the tailor! I then asked to contact the management, and they told me I had two options: You can take 24 riyals to fix it or return the dress!! 24 riyals - what? Doesn't cover the tailor's alteration fee!!! The employee informed me that damaged dresses are discounted at their store.
