My favorite brand is Saga, a Saudi brand, made in France. Their women's bags are of excellent quality, they don't peel or rust. The accessories in the bags don't change color with the abaya, and the zippers are very strong and don't break easily. These are pictures of two bags that I have had for two years, the green and the black, and I still wear them. Five months ago, I bought a bag, I swear to God that I wear it every day to work, and it didn't peel or change color from the abaya. Seven days ago, I went to their store and found that they had made discounts of 50%-70%. I bought the big black bag, it's amazing. I also bought shoes that are amazing and comfortable to wear. This is my personal experience with women's bags. I bought one travel bag, but I said I would try it. Praise be to God, their zippers are very strong, and the wheels are smooth and move in all directions. I don't get tired from walking. They come with protective covers. This is the best brand, without a doubt. God is perfect

I bought a bag from you about two years ago and its price was very high, but the employee convinced me that it is a practical brand and that they maintain the bag, and the maintenance includes all parts of the bag. I take care of it and it got damaged. The iron came loose when I contacted you and you said that there are no spare parts. Why deceive the customer while you do not have excellent service after the sale? I will not repeat the experience at all.

If there was less than one star, I would have given them the worst shop you will ever come across for bags. The first time you buy, you don’t spend two months with the bag without it being broken. In the end, they take a month and a half to maintain. In the end, I come to the shop and find the bag has a new crack. They have no solution, just one word (contact customer service). They have no style and no interest in the customer. As soon as he buys, you feel that they are asking you for something. Buy a bag from a supplies store that is a thousand times better than them.
