The shop is nice and I always like to order from them, but their management and customer service are terrible to the worst degree possible. The employees make you feel uncomfortable, have bad manners and do not know anything about the shop's policy and do not serve the customer at all. I always find them in the store and there is no one in charge or anyone with the authority to solve the problem except in the evening!!! They close early, more than an hour before the call to prayer, and why are the other shops open?
The pieces and offers are very amazing and the branch manager is very nice and advises on choosing the pieces and they are very tasteful. It is not the last time I buy from them and it is not the first time. The best branch in Riyadh.
