If I can give it less than one star I would! It’s a shame how an employee could ruin customer experience and brand name. I went there last night to exchange a couple of pieces which: 1. I bought same day from panorama mall branch 2. Never tried it on cause I’ve tried on the same pants but in different color (so basically it stayed in the bag the whole time) So I’ve decided to exchange the pants to smaller size and went to the nearest branch which was garnata mall and oh boy the service is terrible. Literally terrible! The employee said the piece is “damaged” and I need to take it back to the same branch! I said as per policy I can go to any branch and if the piece is damaged that’s Oysho problem to solve why selling something not in good condition! She was referring to the other branch as they and referring to her self “I”! I explained this is not right and you should be speaking of Oysho name or “brand” not by them and we! She wasn’t listening and asked if I wanted to pay for a new pair of pants! WHAT?!!! I lost it I swear. I left the store swearing I will never go back to that branch because of the treatment and lack of customer care and support. I’m a loyal customer and my bills are never below 2000 riyals and I do shop there very often but I’m disappointed with Oysho choice of employees in that branch! The lady wearing niqab was so rude and had no sense of customer care! And the shop was a complete mess! I was stepping on tops on the floor! No wonder things get damaged before purchasing it! I’m shocked after reading all comments here with mostly same complaints, why the management are not taking any action??! I also have to be fair to the branch in Alnakheel mall, it was excellent! Exact opposite experience from what I’ve had! I went to there straight away after I’ve left garnata mall and the employees were amazing! I would definitely give them 10 stars! The place is decent and clean as well.
