I visited the store today, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with two employees, Mohammad and Haitham. They were laughing loudly and talking about customers in a very disrespectful way — even looking at us and laughing right in front of us, as if they were mocking. It felt uncomfortable, like we were on the street, not in a professional store. I spoke with the manager, whose name is Fahad. He was somewhat cooperative, but I was really surprised when he said he didn’t know the names of the employees I was complaining about. He took my name and number and said they would escalate the issue to HR, but honestly, it felt like a way to brush me off. I was really disappointed by the behavior and lack of respect. I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from a well-known brand like American Eagle. I hope action is taken so no one else has to go through this experience. Also, the loud voices and laughter from the staff made it feel more like a group of guys hanging out on the street than a proper store. مع العلم ان لي تعاملات مع مجموعة الشايع واعرف كويس ان مو هذا الاهمال الي تطمح له شركتكم👎🏻
