He doesn't speak in English but watching Instagram reals in English on his phone.
NIL client service experience it seems. It's a shame that Bershka employed such people.

I had come to this branch of BERSHKA having 2 more days to make my return, the man working there has told me that their card machine does not work and that I should go to another branch. He was very careless. How can you have a store and not have any devise that allows the costumers to pay using a card?

The return and exchange policy is definitely something they need to work on. After a disastrous interaction with the store’s supervisor for something that he later discovered was their fault, the assistant supervisor (Hanouf) at Granada Mall was brilliant with her customer service skills and sorted out the problem! My stars are really based off my interaction with her!

Unfortunately we pay some items from hayat mall as they said you can return it from any branch
We try to return it but sales girl she refuse and she said the return should be on the same card and when we insist she try from her machine but as she said it's failure transaction and she refuse to give us cash

They should call it Anorexia instead of Bershka if you find your size, then you probably have nutrition problems

Service was poor. I waited patiently for my paid item as the lady served two other customers who came about 10minutes after me, when I asked for my packet she was extremely rude.
