The staff’s attitude was really bad. As soon as I walked in, I went to ask about a lipstick I had bought from the UAE. I gave it to them, and the number and type were clearly written on it. The first thing the employee asked me was, ‘Is this from our store?’ Isn’t it expected that, as an employee here, you should be familiar with the products before asking such a question? What’s even stranger is that she spent 15 minutes looking in one place while I could clearly see that the lipsticks were actually located somewhere else! In the end, when I told her ‘this is the one,’ she finally said it was out of stock
