We all love Coach ! but in this store i had one of my worst shopping experience. There was one female employee only and she was very bad in customer service 👎🏼 not helpful. It was 6:00 pm she was prepared to leave and not focusing on selling ! All item i ask about was not available ! …

I love their books section, whatever books I can’t find in Jarir it’s available in Virgin Store…too much cute and nice items petfect for gifts and presence this coming holiday.

Extremely bad, I visited it more than 3 times and each time it was closed for no reason The day I went, it was closed due to prayer. The employee opened after prayer and exactly 10 minutes later and she got up drunk again! The last store opens in the morning!

Very bad service from the employee who runs the place. She treated me with disrespect from the moment I entered the store. I asked for a size and it came out a bit big. I asked for the next one and she said there is no way to blow it up. A style that does not suit her or me. Unfortunately, the branch needs better people to serve its customers.

I contacted them about a watch I had from 2015 and said I would go back to them and they would fix a simple thing about it. First thing no one answered me. Then the employee called me back and I did not know who she was or where she was from. I felt that she was right and wrong. I asked her: Are you a coach? I tell her the problem and she tells me that it may be misused, so the factory will fix it for you, but also your watch is old (zerrrrr style).
