A very excellent brand, But unfortunately it does not serve customers satisfactorily from the local agent . There are no sizes, no colors. And this criticism has been going on for many years. Of course, the seller was excellent and understood her job very well.

Very nice showroom. Staffs are friendly and all are welcoming. Staffs are all professional and they didn't hesitate to bring different type of shoe sizes and even show different model.. alla the male and female staffs are very professional. Dispaly of items are also good .. Overall 8/10

Sales assistant Noura is fantastic, she immediately offered her assistance and once she knew what kind of items we needed she suggested some products which were not yet on display and brought them from the back. She knows the products well and speaks good English. The shop also has a fitting room which is a great plus.

I visited your outlet in Granada mall. I was dissatisfied of the customer service. I called somebody who can assist me but your sales man ignored me. I asked for a help because I want to buy something in your products. But your salesman does not fit on it. He might thought that I do not have enough money to buy where in fact I have VISA card. It’s seems that your sales man (local) does not have any experience nor training in the field of hospitality. The guy’s busy talking with a none sense thing in phone. Train him how deal with educated customer and please make him smile nor interact while the customer still inside of store . Regards. Cc:
