The worst Femi Nine branch I've ever been to out of all the branches in the Kingdom. All the employees, without exception, need someone to teach them how to do their jobs properly. Deal with them more than once, not just once. If the management cares about the branch, they will follow up on it and look into its condition.

The showroom manager is unfortunately bad and lies to me, especially yesterday!! This is a new system. You don't have a clear policy. You don't have the mood to work or open. Any project that needs customer service like people should respond, not close! Also, how can the return policy change and not change with the automated response or the invoice? It only changes at the cashier. Every time someone tells me, "Don't come back here, don't go there."

I hope the store owners look into the issue of the employees. There are no ethics or respect for customers. The cashier raises her voice and insults the customer. This is bad behavior and is not appropriate for your store.

An employee this morning, March 30th. She confused us with the account between network and cash, and we were down 3 riyals. She recalculated and made a mistake again. I don't know why she threw a party. In the end, she wanted to give me 5 riyals, and if I get more than what she said, I'll take it. Be selective with your employees in accounting and dealings. Knowing that when I purchased the items, I was notified that the amount would be refunded via card. This is the last transaction. Thank you.
