Peace be upon you, the employee and manager of the Granada branch had frankly bad things and shame on them. I came to return a dress. They were rejected because of a falling crystal from the dress. I went to the Al-Othaim Al-Rabwa branch and the dress was returned with all ease. I did not achieve anything like you. I can only say, may God reward her in Paradise. The skinny, brunette employee deserves a double salary. I could not take her name, otherwise I would have thanked her, but she has prayers from me.

I entered in the afternoon and the employee was sitting at the cashier, tapping away on her mobile phone, and the music was still playing outside the store!! I came back after circling the mall from the evening call to prayer, 6:50 to 8:02 exactly. Now she has no intention of opening the store... and I don't even know where she is!

A week ago I bought a skirt and a blouse from them and I asked about the return. They said seven days, but when I came to return it, the employee told me that the blouse is considered underwear and cannot be returned. I said, “If you don’t tell me, it will be on my head and eyes.” But I even asked, and the employee at that time did not inform me about this matter. Honestly, the employee, whose name is Haifa, apologized on behalf of the other employee and resolved the matter in a nice way. Her dealings with customers are very nice. May God provide for her from His vast bounty.

Unfortunately, I love the store and always buy from it. But the employees at this branch are not well-mannered and uncooperative. I went to return an item I bought and they refused to return it to me until I returned it to the same branch I bought it from.
