So bad they have the worst employees none of them want to do their job I ask for a size and they go into the storage room and never come back if u want to be treated like nothing come here there is this nice employee that actually cared about his job and helped his name is yahyah thank u so much for actually doing your job well another point the place is not clean they don't return the shoes that people try on, overall a very bad branch

Wow, what a disappointment to the footlocker....I rarely write bad reviews, but my experience definitely prompted me to do so. The employees are terrible and don't know what they're doing. It took them literally 35 min just to look for a size and told me they don't have it. I am sure they do, but they are a lost cause. The backroom is a disaster. Never coming back.

Feeling sad, as the people who work here. They don’t care about the need of their customers. When you ask them about the size that you need. Immediately answer no size, no color.. and they will ne mad , when you do self service base on the display items….

The worst unmannered staff. I really dont know why they are too racist people. Yes i am a filipino who have been here for a year. yes i dont speak arabic but can speak english FLUENTLY. The time I was asking for help some of them are laughing, talking to each other. It seems like they don't want to help me. after buying a pair of shoes, I went to cashier and pay for it. The cashier told me that they don't have any change so the other guy went outside to look for a change and I was standing there for about 10 minutes, and I asked the other guy where is my change, he don't reply, and he don't even answer anything. So I decided to get the shoes that I bought and l leave. Well, I guess it's hard for them to learn English too fast but at least they know how to treat people good
