The employee, Hiam, is in the morning shift. The store was locked and she was sleeping inside. When I opened the door at the beginning of the conversation, her voice was loud and her manner was bad. She started cursing even though I was speaking calmly and respectfully. It's surprising that such a respectable brand would hire someone of this caliber. I hope the management contacts me before I file a complaint because my issue is still pending.
