The staff are lovely especially Manal she helped have a discount on the website which saved me a good amount of money. She also folded my clothes neatly better than other branches ive been to. She just gave me a pleasant experience overall.

It had been over a year since I shopped here and not really sure why I stopped shopping there but I recently decided to purchase a double-pocket felted shirt jacket. It surpassed my expectations. It fits true to size and excellent quality. Shipping was pretty fast, about 7 business days, which is always great. It has been a while since I shopped at HM.com but I'm very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping more here.The staff was superb, very friendly and professional. Especially the store atmosphere was great. Keep it up 👍.

It’s well organized. There are four sections. Ladies, mens, kids, and home. The staff are friendly. But there is no sale right now, unless the clearance section.

It’s nice place to visit. They have vast variety of men, women & kids clothing with women accessories and makeup as well though, make up isn’t complete range. With advantage Card you can get 30% off at H&M.

Went to replace an item, cashier was very rude, spoke with an attitude, and refused to replace the item that i bought only a few days ago and I had the receipt with me. Very poor customer service and staff.
