The staff is not friendly and welcoming when it comes to foreign customers. And this is the FIRST KIEHLS outlet that im not receiving any samples after purchasing item. Very bad. And please improve on your customer services after this.

There age many of services and packages of kiehl's product art not there. Four exanple, it wanted to purchase a package in which all of calendula stuff are together with cheaper price but the sales person told me that they will not bring this to Riyadh as this will close the shop in Dubai since most of Dubais customers are Saudis! Moreover, there's no service offers customizing products today your skin as well.

Staff and Derma Care was doing great. Excellent Service, Friendly staff and well trained. We buy as they recommended for my face. Which is Moisturizer , Toner , and eye cream. I adds on for men moisturizer too anti aging. Over all it’s a good product tested and proven already. FYI FREE BAGS and Free sample sachet IF YOU AVAIL WORTH 400 above.. Highly recommended for anyone only kiehls can touches our skin better and confident 🫶🏻💚

Fatimah and Asma were really amazing! they really made our days. They are professional, kind and supportive. They listen to our concerns and guide us thoroughly. They have a big area that you can wash your face using their beautiful deep cleansing face wash followed by ultrafacial cream. Such a wonderful place to unwind and find your needs. I highly recommend it!
