Last time i was here they made my order right !! Today the Egyptian staff first he was not happy with wht I ordered!! When I have it I’m not sure honestly if this is a latte or just a milk with water !! Tasteless coffee and not flavored as I ordered!! Caribou cafe lost their professionalism 👎🏼👎🏼 …

I’m a consistent Caribou customer because I simply love their Salted Caramel Budino coffee, however, this particular branch at Granada Mall in Riyadh has a pleasantly hospitable staff, specifically Salem el Issa who always has a smile on his face and serves his customers with plenty of joy and happiness in his demeanor.

I recently visited Caribou Coffee and tried their tea with cinnamon. While the cinnamon added a nice warmth to the drink, I found it to be overly sweet for my taste. Without the excessive sweetness, it would have been a much more enjoyable and balanced cup. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly, which made for a pleasant experience overall. However, I’d recommend adjusting the sweetness levels or allowing customers to customize it more. If you have a sweet tooth, you might enjoy it as is, but for those who prefer a subtler flavor, it might be worth asking for less sugar.
