I’m a consistent Caribou customer because I simply love their Salted Caramel Budino coffee, however, this particular branch at Granada Mall in Riyadh has a pleasantly hospitable staff, specifically Salem el Issa who always has a smile on his face and serves his customers with plenty of joy and happiness in his demeanor.

I recently visited Caribou Coffee and tried their tea with cinnamon. While the cinnamon added a nice warmth to the drink, I found it to be overly sweet for my taste. Without the excessive sweetness, it would have been a much more enjoyable and balanced cup. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly, which made for a pleasant experience overall. However, I’d recommend adjusting the sweetness levels or allowing customers to customize it more. If you have a sweet tooth, you might enjoy it as is, but for those who prefer a subtler flavor, it might be worth asking for less sugar.

Its been a long time since i visited such a nice coffee shop from the decorations to the taste its all good The best thing is the customer service the saudi lady is perfect she’s very nice and patient i think her name is rahaf and the philipeno guy i think its rim is a very good barista Over all i give them 100 stars 💯

Its located inside Granada Mall 1st floor. It was quiet and nice ambience to relax. We ordered iced latte, and i bought fox coffee bean with dark roast note. Its a mainstream coffee taste with bitter sweet notes.

I’ve been here many times and what i like in this shop is Quietness and the staff are good.They should play some relaxing music 🎶 Keep it up guys 👍🏼

Ambiance is good. Located inside Granada Mall. Customer-friendly staffs. Food is serve in no time (still depends on the number of orders), but they don't usually make you wait for long time. And most of all, very clean place. Always worth 5 stars. 😎
