One of the worst shops I have ever been to. Bad treatment from the moment they opened in Granada. I don't expect a single employee to stay because of her bad treatment of customers. An experience I will never repeat.

A terrible experience at the Riyadh Park branch. The cashier was rude. The customer service was poor. They refused to return regular clothes, claiming they were accessories.

The employee who received the evening shift on Sunday was very rude and had no manners. I refused to respond when she said what was written and what do you want so that I would not get into a verbal altercation with her, and we do not know how to respond to people like her.

The employees do not respond and there is a dark-skinned woman in the store who is not cooperative. The invoice was lost and it has not even been 24 hours since the purchase and we want to replace it. This means there is no hope. Can you print a second invoice without complications? I hope you will make it easy for the customers and solve this simple problem without additional complications.

Location: I know of two branches (Othaim Mall 15 - Granada). The Othaim branch is actually quite different. The quality is average and the prices are good. It's a good choice. The staff are 5/5.

The employees are cooperative, and the quality of the products is very good to excellent, while the prices are relatively high compared to competitors. Like the rest of the stores, they offer seasonal clearance offers, and I don't know if there are any other offers
