Thank you so much Mac for the great staff you have. Fay, has been always very professional and genuine every time I visit. She keeps me coming to get my make up from Mac at Gernata mall though it is far away from where I live. Fay is an awesome young lady with an exceptional customer services skills. I can’t express how much her work ethics every time gets advanced. She deserves to have a recognition and a bonus as a reward to encourage her do better. Great job Fay, keep up the awesome work💕👏🏽

Mac Granada Mall is a place I frequently visit. Yesterday, I encountered an issue while downloading their Aura app, and a salesperson named Sara assisted me. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I appreciate her support and cheerful demeanor.

None of the employees spoke English and when I asked a question about a certain product the employee literally just stared at me and didn't even try to understand or get me any help from anyone else working there! Made my experience there very uncomfortable
