Amazing store overall. Clean, well organized and has enough staff. I’ve had 2 different workers help me. One woman was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The other one was okay.

Received a message telling me my glasses were ready. Drove all the way there to find they weren't ready and staff didn't know where or when they would be. Then suggested I just wait another hour or so and hopefully they turn up. Received another automated message the next day advising that they were ready. Tried messaging to confirm, also tried calling, WhatsApp, and no answer or response.

They tried to give me an old (display) glasses for full price. They never answer calls when trying to contact over phone. A lot of room for improvement. Long way to go.

Terrible experience! Got my eyesight measured here, and it completely ruined my vision. Unprofessional service, inaccurate prescription, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fantastic service from Magrabi Granada Mall. I had a broken pair of glasses which I thought would have to be thrown away. However the Magrabi Team fixed them perfectly in one day and didnt charge a cent. Its refreshing to see such genuine customer service. Special thanks to Shikah and the Magrabi Granada Team!

One of the worst branches ..You enter all staff are either holding their phones or talking to each other ..Not willing to help or guide ..Barely answer any question with no recpect and well behaviuor at all ..
