1 employee to serve all customers??? this is insane I wait for more than 30 minutes to get my size? this is unreal the cashier employee were waiting for another employee to arrive to serve me (apparently she cant leave the reception) and when he did he put his stuff in the staff room and then left again, this happened around 6-7:30 pm November 17th

I’m only giving 5 stars to recognize an amazing employee called Iman at this New Balance store. She was super helpful, kind and didn’t mind at least 10 rounds to get us various sizes. Someone as good as Iman should be recognized for her great work, especially considering other employees who were saying that there’s no size for any shoe we asked…
