There was a quality issue with a bag purchased, the staff just did not bother to look into the matter and provided no solution. Pathetic behavior. Disappointed and disgusted by the staffs attitude. There has to be some standards set and thought by Parfois to the staff.

I am giving this branch one star because of a recent incident that happened to me today. The staff is extremely impolite and rude. My 6-year-old was eating ice cream outside the store as I told her food isn't allowed inside. I went inside to look for something after5 minutes my child came inside to call me and tripped on the floor. accidentally she spilled some amount of ice cream on the floor. She got scared because the staff gave her a terrifying loon. I politely asked the 2 ladies standing in the reception that do you have someone to clean it or if I could do it myself. To which extremely rudely she answered do it yourself. First of all, it's not nice to tell any customer to clean the floor. Moreover being rude in such a situation is terrible. Fortunately, I had some napkins in my bag. I cleaned the floor and then I asked if they had a bin to which she gave me a paper bag to dispose of the napkins. Not visiting them again. They should learn some manners first.

The people who work in the store are selfless and slow. I bought more than once and their treatment was bad. I waited for more than a quarter of an hour today to buy. In the end, I left and went out. Advice: take them to professional courses or bring in professionals.

I visited the store today and I really liked the variety of the store. They also have great offers now. What caught my attention in the store were the two employees (Aisha and Sarah), even though I entered the store very shortly before the end of the work day. Despite that, they were very nice and polite to me and to the customers there. They were honestly cooperative with us and smiling, even though it was the end of the day and the end of the work day. Honestly, I congratulate you for having such wonderful employees with you. They deserve my thanks ❤️💐
